No subscription fee is required.

Simply log in to your account, go to My Account from the drop down menu and edit any information you need.

Click on “Forget Password” and enter your e-mail address

You will receive a link to your e-mail address shortly. Follow the instructions on the e-mail to reset your password.

Simply log in to your account, go to My Account from the drop down menu, and click on Order Status. You will find your Order to be either Confirmed or Shipped. Our Partners will do their best to fulfill the delivery time frame stated in the App.

We do not accept order cancellations. Please ensure the details of your order are accurate before completing your order.

We do not accept changes to delivery addresses. Please ensure that your delivery address is correct before completing your order.

Delivery modes vary from stores to stores to ensure you receive your order on time.

Please look under Product information for more details regarding delivery before you make your purchase(s).

We aim to keep all shipping cost as low as possible.  More importantly, we hope to ensure that your items arrive on time and in good condition. The above schedule is just a guideline; our merchants will try their best to expedite the delivery process whenever possible.

We do not provide international delivery at the moment.

Order tracking is subjected to the delivery services provided by our Partner stores.

While tracking information may not be provided, our Partner stores will update the order status when the item(s) is/are out for Delivery to ensure you’re kept informed.

If you have not received your items by the expected arrival date, please contact our friendly customer service team at 65051967(Office hours) or write an e-mail to support@2ristapp.com. We will reply to your enquiries as soon as we can.

For the safety of the guests at all hotels, deliveries will be entrusted to the hotel concierge. Please check with the concierge at your hotel to arrange for collection from the concierge, or delivery to your hotel room

Your order may include products from different Partner stores. To ensure that you receive your order in the most efficient manner, products will be shipped directly from the respective partner stores to your location.

As far as we know, our partners listed in our App only offer genuine products and products within the consumable period (for food items). 

Simply present your voucher at our partner’s redemption location and you’re good to go!

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to the tight delivery time frames.

 In rare occasions when you receive an incorrect or damaged order, please contact us at support@2ristapp.com


We will get back to you within 48 hours of your enquiry and arrange for your incorrect or damaged order to be picked up.

We’ll do our best to ensure that all refunds are processed as soon as we get hold of your return parcel. Thereafter, depending on your mode of payment you should receive your refund within 21 working days.

You may contact your local bank for more information during the time the refund is processed.

If your return is due to our partner stores negligence, we will ensure that you receive the full refund of your order and shipping fees(if any).
